Who will be doing my reading ?

It will normally be myself ( Victoria) who does your reading . I do most of the readings on this site and my sister site , The Enchanted Land , although during particularly busy periods when I cannot realistically manage it all, I do have a couple of talented and trusted "helpers" who just like myself, have many years of experience reading the cards. Either way, you can be confident of receiving a quality reading that is delivered with sensitivity, compassion and care.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit/credit cards are accepted or payment can be made directly from your Paypal account. All currencies are accepted. Payments are processed via Paypal, the world's leading payment gateway provider. But you don't need a Paypal account to make payment - just follow the simple onscreen instructions to pay using your card. Your account details remain totally private - I do not have access to any of your financial information at any time.

I'd like my reading to be sent in the post. Is this possible ?

Yes. Just make a cheque or p/o out to VICTORIA ZASIKOWSKI  and send it to the address provided on the "contact us" form. Please add £2.00 to the basic cost of your order for each service you require (£5.00 if ordering any Numerology report as these are heavy to post plus use alot of paper and ink to print) Don't forget to include your name, date of birth, address and any other information required for your reading/report. Please allow 7 days to receive your order from the time of you posting it out.

How long will my reading/report take?

I try to get readings done as soon as possible, so as a general rule of thumb expect to wait 24-48 hours.

My reading has not arrived. Why not?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders ? Quite often, email from a 3rd party, such as ourselves, will end up there instead of going to your inbox. This is the most likely cause of your reading not arriving. If you have set your junk/spam folders to automatically empty every 24 hours, I may need to send your reading out again. I always keep a copy of readings, so let me know if you need it re-sent.

Do you use software for your psychic readings ?

No, not for tarot or psychic readings- these are always done from scratch. I don't believe in using software to generate readings like these because software is not remotely "psychic" ! The only time software is used is to produce Astrology reports and Numerology readings, as these are not "psychic" services. And in those cases, I use only the world's leading providers, ensuring you get an accurate and professional report, rich in detail and high on quality.

Why are your services so cheap?

Most of the readings on my main site are long and detailed. They take  far more time to prepare than most of the readings on here, and so cost more money. I know that not everyone wants a long-winded reading, so have put together a selection of services on this website that provide more concise insight. This means you pay less, as I set  prices according to how long the reading takes. Alot of websites will charge you triple the price of what I do for very similar services, simply because they can ! But high prices don't necessarily equate with getting a good reading. We (me and my "helpers") are all experienced in reading the cards, and none of us think we should charge you over the odds to benefit from that , it's really that simple !

Are there any questions I can't ask ?

For ethical reasons, there are certain subject areas that I cannot address:

* Questions about serious legal affairs /police proceedings and the like.

* Questions about serious health problems, illnesses and/or the outcome of operations, tests and so forth for these.

* Questions about when someone will die

* Questions that seek my advice about large financial investments in connection with stocks, shares and other financially speculative concerns (with the exception of house purchase queries)

* Questions with regard to criminal activity/investigations of any kind

* Questions about missing persons or dead people

* Questions about suspected infidelity, eg "Is my husband having an affair?"

What is your refund policy?

In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with your reading, you can request a refund . The law states that you have seven days from the date on which your reading was received to request a refund so let me know of any issue you have as soon as possible. Do bear in mind that readings will not always tell you what you had "hoped" or "wanted" to hear so please carefully consider your reasons for asking for a refund before you get in touch, thank you.
